WARRANTY AND RETURNS stands behind what we sell. We will accept a return for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Once we receive the returned system your money will be refunded. You pay to ship it back and provide us a shipping invoice. We'll refund the price of the computer plus your shipping.

We provide 30-day remote support for all of our computers powered by Instant Housecall software. We provide a 90-day limited warranty on computers that we sell. Experience has taught us to be very specific regarding our warranty:

WarrantyWe warrant that for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase all products purchased through this Website will be in working condition under normal usage. This Company does not further warrant in any way the functionality or performance of any item. In the event of any breach of this limited warranty, the sole responsibility of the company will be to replace the item in question with the same or a substantially equivalent Product or refund the amount paid by the customer at the sole discretion of the Company. This limited warranty applies only to the actual items purchased on the Website as tracked by us. This Limited Warranty does not extend to cosmetic damage or ordinary wear and tear, battery life, failure to follow instructions, if any are included with the product, damage, abuse, misuse or accident by customer or modification, repair or service of the producer by anyone other than the company or as authorized by the company. It is the customer’s responsibility to assure compatibility of the product purchased with other software, hardware or equipment, and “incompatibility” is not covered by this limited warranty.
